We design Brands and build digital awareness
We are an Intercultural Team and cross-functional team of dedicated and passionate freelance graphic designers, web developers, data analysts and community managers. The idea of creating a diverse pool of digital and creative leaders was initiated in 2018. Like a swiss knife, our team members are multifunctional but all part of one scope : creating a 360° digital marketing and creative experience for our customers.
One important insight about ShineBright Design is that our team is made up of Swiss, Indian and South American citizens that are highly digital driven individuals. We care about motivation, self-taught, creative and analytical minds. Moreover, the CEO goal was to allow better working opportunities to savvies and hard-working people with a flexible working environment.

Lead with whyLeading at the time of the 22nd century pushes us to always question ourselves “why”, especially when it comes to digital experiences. Hence, we must be able to apply some “self-analysis” when applying digital tools and softwares to a client’s project. Therefore, our team is constinously learning and improving their digital skills.

Less but betterShineBright design Studio is a team of freelancers who decided to join forces to create a Swiss web and digital studio. That said, we are a small team and we take time to work on details and deliver 200% custom-made projects in a competitve time lapse. We don’t accept new projects if we cannot find the time to deliver an amazing experience.

Human centeredSharing ideas, designs, visions without friction among an intercultural digital working team is not always of an easy task. Hence, at ShineBright Design Studio, when we debate on a project design or analysis, we always keep in mind that each interlocutor has the right to speak up and to share his/her opinion.
